Why Organisations Work With Me

 

Before becoming a coach, I spent over a decade leading strategic programmes at innocent drinks, a pioneering B Corp in Europe.

Today, I combine that experience with ICF-accredited coaching to create a confidential space where leaders can step back, gain perspective and move forward with confidence.

I combine support with thoughtful challenge to help leaders turn insight into action, building the confidence, clarity and self-awareness to create a greater impact for themselves, their teams and their organisation.

How I Work

 

Most of my work is delivered through 1:1 coaching for leaders and high-potential talent within organisations.

​

Coaching typically takes place in confidential 60-minute online sessions over an agreed period, tailored to your organisation's needs.

​

Alongside 1:1 coaching, I also design and deliver leadership workshops and group coaching to support wider organisational goals.

​

Every coaching programme is designed in partnership with each organisation to align with your priorities and desired outcomes.
